Background

Founded back in 1777, and being a Royal Warrant Holder, GB Kent and Sons manufacture world renowned hairbrushes. And whilst they still use traditionally inspired manufacturing techniques, they are a company who is always looking to the future. GB Kent are committed to ensuring a green future for generations to come through a far reaching sustainability and environment policies, so alongside a commitment to only sourcing timber from sustainable forests, the installation of a commercial solar energy system was the next natural step.

After exploring all the available options, GB Kent and Sons selected Centreco to design and install a bespoke 64kW Solar Energy System that maximises the available roof space whilst closely matching their electricity usage profile to ensure the best long term commercial returns.
