Background

Drysdale Brothers are a leading UK Bronze Foundry. We specialise in complex finish-machined, pressure-tight castings, produced in Gunmetal, Aluminium Bronze and a full range of non-ferrous alloys. Harnessing the latest in computer-aided design and manufacturing technology (CAD/CAM), Drysdale place in-house toolmaking and rapid prototyping at the heart of each project, working closely with Clients to get the very most out of components at each stage.

Being a Foundry involves significant energy usage, so in a bid to become more environmentally friendly and stand out above their competition, Drysdale Brothers looked to install Solar Panels. After exploring options, Centreco were selected to design and install a bespoke 49kW system that made best use of the available roof space whilst ensuring the project provided the best commercial returns.
