In April 2022 they became an officially recognised carbon neutral business, and alongside their other initiatives including Electric Vehicles and Efficient Workspaces, the installation of Solar Panels was an significant step in their journey to carbon neutrality. Centreco were approached to design and install a bespoke 160kW Solar Energy system optimised to deliver the best long term financial returns. This was achieved through multiple site surveys and by analysing the electricity usage profile of the Leicester site.
